Psychological evaluation services

I am able to provide a wide range of psychological evaluation services for adults over 16 and older adults including testing and reporting for purposes such:

Diagnosis

• Clarifying a diagnosis for a range of adult conditions such as:

• IQ/Intellectual functioning/strengths and weaknesses:

• Memory and learning:

• Mild cognitive impairment (memory loss beyond normal memory ageing):

• Adult ADHD:

• Aspergers:

• Traumatic brain injury:

• Personality functioning including presence or absence of a personality disorder:

• Mood and anxiety disorders.

EXAMPLE reportS SUCH AS: 

• supporting diagnosis of adult ADHD or Aspergers Disorder;

• educational assessment for older adolescents in Years 11 and 12

• supporting an application for the NDIS, Centerlink or DVA;

• capacity reports to make independent decisions, understand/follow legal proceedings, guardianship issues;

• reports to assist third party decision-making e.g. FACS, NDIS, as treating psychologist etc;

• employment assessments e.g. ADF, Police etc

• to assist with treatment planning – e.g. diagnosis for memory loss means a treatment plan can be put in place to address modifiable risk factors;

  PLEASE NOTE: I do not provide reports for the court - criminal or family court matters. At this time I am only providing reports if requested by a third party eg NDIS, Psychiatrist, GP, Govt Dept
